Bryan Reynolds, Director of Post-Sales

Hot off his appearance at Channel Partners and TBI’s Big Event, Bryan works with a team of project coordinators, certified project managers and program managers to assist partners with contracting, order submission and management/fulfillment of small- to large-scale orders and projects. His main focus is to constantly push the boundaries of service by identifying areas where TBI’s post-sales team can add value for their partners. Joe Fizor, Solutions Engineer 

With 15+ years of experience and education in engineering and computer sales, Joe has been at the center of numerous case studies.  His technical and sales experience allowed him to experience all attributes of emerging technologies.  At Insight, Joe specialized in pre-sales support, working directly with sales teams to design configurations and meet customers networking needs. Emily Ball, Partner Marketing Specialist

Jody Hagemann, Director of Product Management

Jody Hagemann has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, specifically service operations design, new product/feature launch, product to product migration and life cycle management. Current role is developing the Comcast Business ActiveCore℠ platform, starting with an SD-WAN product offering, which successfully launched on September 13, 2017. She recently accepted a position on the advisory board for the Big Data program at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Thomas McCaffrey, Technical Sales Director AT&T Alliance Channel

Tom oversees the wireline and mobility sales engineers that support AT&T’s Alliance Channel. He has more than 30 years of experience in telecom including positions in sales, product management, marketing, service deliver and education. Tom has earned both a Master of Science in Technology Management and an MBA from Stevens Institute of Technology in NJ.
